Homemade Jamu by Plataran

Started as an occasional drink for Javanese families, the Djamu or herbal drinks hold natural benefits in the most simple way. Start collecting your ingredients as follow:

  1. Tumeric
  2. Tamarind
  3. Lime
  4. Sea Salt
  5. Honey
  6. Mineral Water

After having all above, start with the grater to shred the ingredients into smaller threads and mix well before squeezing the lime unto the bowl. Add pinch of salt and honey before pouring waters unto the dough. Use the coriander to filter out the dried out parts and add honey to the final product.
